The upcoming USPS price change contain some very important changes. Teapplix suggest that you attend Endicia's webinars to fully understand the change.
The biggest impact will be on first class mail. There is now a new name, "First Class Package Service". Also, the "Delivery Confirmation Fee" seems to be removed, however, there are some conflicting stories on how exactly that works. It is not clear yet on how this impacts First Class letters, flats, non machinable letters etc. So make sure you attend one of the webinars below:

• Tuesday, January 24, 8:00am – 9:00am
This change has more impact than prior year changes, so make sure you understand the impact to your shipping operations.
