Temu Cross Border Integration Change

If you have an Temu Cross Border seller account, this change affects you. US seller account can ignore this notice.

Temu has made changes so different international regions are supported by different accounts and URLs. We now support Cross Border seller accounts in the 3 regions

  • United States
  • Europe
  • Canada, Mexico and Rest of the world that Temu supports

When you link a cross border account, you must now select one of the above regions. All orders from this region will be downloaded.

Customers that currently integrated Temu Cross Border accounts into Teapplix, are defaulted into the "US" region, starting today, no orders outside of US will be downloaded. If you have other countries, you must add a separate integration in Teapplix. Please note because of this separate integration, we may download your non US orders in duplicate during the day of transition.
