We have updated our Amazon MWS API integration logic:
- Merchant fulfilled orders marked as shipped on Amazon will be imported or updated as shipped in Teapplix
- Merchant fulfilled orders marked as cancelled on Amazon will be marked as cancelled in Teapplix
Note that the above update may have delays and may not be instantaneous. Some orders may initially import as open orders, and later be marked as shipped in Teapplix. There is a "Sync Orders Now" button in Teapplix, if you want to make sure all existing orders in Teapplix are updated to the right status, please press "Sync Orders Now" and make sure it completes without failure before processing your orders.
