If you select a list of orders in Teapplix, and you are wondering how many inventory items are needed to fill this list of orders, you can find out by pressing "Generate Purchase Order CSV" button in the dropship form.
In the "DropShip Template" drop down, select Purchase Order => Everything, and the click the button. You will get a CSV that list all the SKUs and the quantities needed to fill the selected listed orders.
What's more, if you have Teapplix InventoryAdvisor<sup>®</sup>, you can also generate a purchase order csv for all "short inventory". The CSV differs from the full purchase order above, by looking at your current quantity on hand and only list inventories if you are short, and the quantity is what's needed to make up the shortage.
