We are getting reports of Amazon not honoring our mark-shipped command. Amazon does not return any error to Teapplix either when this happens. This may cause your accounts to have problems.
Currently the only way to solve this, is to find such orders on Teapplix, and click 're-upload tracking'. Sometimes you have to do this several times to succeed on Amazon.
Please monitor your orders on Amazon to make sure they are all marked as shipped timely.
