Temu(US) Mark Shipped Change

Temu has implemented a change, where US sellers must select a Temu warehouse to mark any order as shipped.

Teapplix has released needed changes to make this automatic. However, if you did not turn on any Temu warehouse, you must take some action on Teapplix integration UI.

Go to Integrations -> Marketplace & Carts, select Temu and your Temu account, on the right hand side click on the ... and select "Map Warehouse"

You must enable at least one Temu warehouse and map to Teapplix warehouse. Teapplix will use the following rule to mark a order shipped on Temu:

  • If your Teapplix order belongs to a Teapplix warehouse that is mapped back to a Temu warehouse, that Temu warehouse will be used to mark this order shipped.
  • Otherwise, if Teapplix warehouse 1 maps to a Temu warehouse,. that Temu warehouse will be used to mark Teapplix order shipped.
  • Otherwise, the first Temu warehouse 'mapped' on Teapplix Integrations page will be used to mark order as shipped.

From the above, it is important to note, that you must at least save one Temu warehouse mapping in Teapplix, otherwise none of our Temu order will be marked as shipped.
