A customer just got a notice for violation of "no contact" policy to a Buy.com buyer. Please be very careful with Buy.com customers, and Amazon customers also.
Teapplix normally do not send ship notification emails for Amazon and Buy.com sales. However, in this particular case, the Buy.com customer requested RMA. A RMA order is created in Teapplix and we simply copied the Buy.com email address into the RMA record.
Once the RMA is shipped, Teapplix send a ship notice. That triggered the "no contact" policy.
While we figure out what to do with RMA records (we may just never copy Amazon/Buy.com email addresses), please blank out those email addresses when you RMA Amazon and Buy.com orders.
