Ship Notification Email

Teapplix ActionShip sends a ship notification email to your buyer after you ship an order. The email is sent 1-2 hours after the orders is marked as shipped, to give you a chance to drop off your package and activate the tracking number.

You can customize the the text of the email. ActionShip also sends the item purchased and a tracking link.

Emails are sent from Teapplix server with your from address. If you need to see a sample of the email, you can mark a test order with your own address shipped.

Amazon & Buy.com Excluded

We don't send emails to Amazon & Buy.com buyers. This include RMA orders with "amazon and buy.com" proxy email addresses.

How to turn on the Notification Email

1. Navigate to Settings => Ship Notification Email
2.  Select the Shipping Profile to use
3. Select the "Turn on Ship Notification Email" checkbox
4. Enter the From Email Address and Merchant Name
