DHLeC Onboarding

To provision a Teapplix account for DHL eCommerce, you must collect the following information:

• Shipper Account Number
• Pickup Account Number
• Mailer ID
• Processing Facility(eg: USSFO1)

In addition, the customer's assigned FTP folder must be setup with sort codes already loaded in the "Sort_Codes" folder:

• FTP Username and FTP Password
• FTP Hostname
• ESM Upload Path ==> this is the root folder to upload domestic and intl ESM files, typically this is TO_GMail
