Scales Support

Teapplix ActionShip supports reading scales by using "PrintNode", a commercial service. You will need an account from www.printnode.com.

Setup
To setup scales reading, open a PrintNode account, then go to Teapplix "Settings => PrintNode" to enter the API credentials.

After that, you will be able to select your scales in Settings => Printers & Scales. Each shipping profile can set it's own scales.

Use
When you click the edit pencil found on the right of an order that is unshipped, you will see a button found to the right of the weight field. Click this button it will read from scales, the value will populate into ship weight and if you press save, will automatically save onto the orders.

Supported Scales
We support any USB scale that PrintNode supports. Go to www.printnode.com for details.
