After you setup the applicable shipping carrier accounts in Teapplix ActionShip, here are the steps and what to expect to print postage:

• Go to Settings => Shipping Profile to type in your own address. If you have a different return address, you can enter it also.
• Go to Settings=>Printers and Scales page, choose what type of printer and label size you want. We support laser printer with 8x 11 paper and thermal printer with 4x6 paper

• Purchase USPS meter balance - Prior to generating USPS shipping labels, you need to make sure there is adequate balance in your USPS meter. You may view the current balance on the top of the web page next to the bank-shaped icon, and click on it to purchase more.

• To generate shipping label for open orders on the Orders page, you can select the order(s) with ship method and weight set correctly, then click Ship button on the top.  Make sure you disable pop-up Blocker for Teapplix.

• The shipping label(s) will be rendered to a new browser tab. you can select the right printer and print it.

Please note:

• The PDF label layout is restricted by the shipping carriers and cannot be customized.
• It can be configured to display some order information on the PDF label. The configuration can be done on Settings->Printers and Scales page by checking the "sku on shipping label" option and entering our internal code on the text box.  Our internal code can be found on the "SKU on Shipping Label" help doc.  Please note that UPS label can only display up to 35-char SKU, so if you have a SKU longer than 35-char, you can map it to a shorter SKU inside Teapplix.
