Split Order

For orders from all integrated retail stores such as Home Depot, Lowe's, Target, Costco, etc., as well as orders from some Marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, WalmartDSV, Overstock, Wayfair, Sears, TikTok, Shopify, Bigcommerce, WooCommerce, etc.

You are allowed to split one order into multiple sub-orders. You can then ship each of the sub-orders using different carrier, from different warehouse, or submit them to different supplier for dopshipping. After all the sub-orders are completed with shipping, we will automatically update the shipping info back to the Marketplace or retail store for the original order and we will include all the tracking numbers from the sub-orders.

To split an order, you can go to the Orders page, click "..." on the right side of the order and choose Split. You will be prompt to choose which order items to belong to with sub-order.
