Temu

Teapplix ActionShip now supports integration with Temu store that is set up as Fulfillment by Seller (or what Temu generally refers to as 'Semi-managed' model).

We can integrate with both US based as well as Cross-Border seller account types. We would automatically download orders and update shipment. You can generate shipping labels by Teapplix, or choose to download UPS and FedEx labels directly from Temu.

We also support inventory quantity update for both Temu account types. Please note that when you add a new item/listing to Temu, make sure to specify a quantity value, otherwise no warehouse/location will be assigned to the item/listing.

How to Integrate with Temu

  1. Login to your Teapplix account, navigate to Integration => Marketplaces & Carts
  2. Click +Add Marketplaces and select Temu
  3. After that click Close to close the marketplaces options page
  4. Then click +Add Temu Account
  5. select the correct Account Type (Cross Boarder or United States)
  6. Enter the Order Access Token (as an option enter the Inventory Access Token for inventory update)
  7. Click Save button

How to Obtain Access Token on our App on Temu US Seller Account

  1. Login to your Temu seller account
  2. Find our APP and install. Make sure to select all basic and special access rights.
  3. After you get the access token, enter it on Teapplix as Order Access Token.

How to Obtain Access Token on our App on Temu Cross-Boader Seller Account

  1. Login to your Temu Cross-Boarding seller account
  2. Then go to this page https://agentseller.temu.com/open-platform/system-manage/client-manage
  3. Find our APP and install. Make sure to select all basic and special access rights.
  4. After you get the access token, enter it on Teapplix as Order Access Token.
  5. Optional: to get the inventory access token, go to page https://seller.kuajingmaihuo.com
  6. Find our APP and grant all access rights.
  7. copy the access token to Inventory Access Token
